If you've found a picture frame that you think may look great in your Goth room, buy it. You can make a really ornate scrying mirror for just a couple of bucks that will impress even your most critical friends. Separate the frame from the glass and paint the frame with metallic silver or red spray paint. Clean the glass using streak-free window cleaner and be sure it's pristine before continuing. Using black spray paint, spray one side of the glass evenly, let it dry completely, and spray it again. The unpainted side of the glass should face outward when you reassemble the frame giving you a beautiful, black reflective surface.
