  • OJ
  • high fiber cereal,
  • lueberries
  • apples and nuts
  • water
  • whole grains
  • carrots
  • lean protein
  • beans
  • cocoa
  1. Step 1

    Many of us have fast pace and very busy lives, but that does not mean that our nutritional needs have to suffer.
    There are 10 "Super foods" which will help.

  2. Step 2

    O.J. with added calcium will help ward off PMS, high blood pressure and osteoporosis. Just one glass a day will do the trick.

  3. Step 3

    High fiber cereal at least 7 grams of fiber per service-will fight cancer

    Blueberries-can slow down your aging clock, also help to fight colon cancer
