How to Make a Bubbly Coffee Drink

Who said that coffee is only for the morning before work? Coffee can also be a delightful drink to have in an evening cocktail. The following steps will explain how to make a bubbly coffee drink,

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Cocktail glass
  • Drink mixer/shaker
  • Liquor of choice
  • Coffee
  • Milk/half & half
  1. Step 1

    Load a drink mixer glass with ice. The bubbly coffee drinks are best served ice cold.

  2. Step 2

    Add the liquor of your choice. One suggestion is 1/2 oz. each of Bailey's, coffee liquor (Godiva or Starbuck's), and dar creme de cocoa.

  3. Step 3

    Add 1 cup of your favorite brewed coffee to the mix.

  4. Step 4

    Add a splash of either milk or half & half. This is where they bubbles will come from, called froth. After all of the ingredients are added, put the top on the shaker glass and give it a vigorous shake for about 15 seconds.

  5. Step 5

    Pour the bubbly, frothy cocktail into the glass and serve immediately.

Tips & Warnings
  • There are many different liquors you can add to make an excellent coffee cocktail. Try using Chambord or Grand Marnier in place of the creme de cocoa. It will add a bit of fruitiness.
  • Always drink responsibly.
