Things You'll Need:
- 1 loaf of Italian bread, preferably with a hard crust
- 1/2 to 1 pint of grape tomatoes
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic, chopped finely
- Fresh or dried basil, to taste
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, except for Italian bread. Use enough olive oil to slightly cover the ingredients. Let stand for 15 minutes to allow flavors to infuse.

Step 2
Slice and toast Italian bread. Place desired amount of bruschetta mixture on each slice of toasted bread and serve immediately.
