The only prayer that Jesus taught was the Our Father aka The Lords Prayer. Below are the words for your quick and easy reference. God Bless.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Faith
  1. Step 1

Make the sign of the cross "In the name of the Father, The Son and the Holy Spirit" Amen.

  2. Step 2

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy Name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day, our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who have trespassed against us. Lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil.. Amen

  3. Step 3

Pray for your own intentions in the name of Jesus Christ and thank Him for everything.

  4. Step 4

Be advised that you need not go to a place of worship to pray to God. You can pray anytime, anywhere, as much as you like, as often as you want to. "It is right to give Him thanks and praise".

on 6/28/2008 So many have moved away from God and the teachings I had when we were growing up. Everyone is os afraid to offend the non-believers. I still teach it in my home and will forever. Thank you for this simple reminder.
