Add 3 tbsp yogurt for each pint of milk and stir well.
Step4
Pour into your sterilized glass jars and seal.
Step5
Place jars into a pan with enough warm water to just cover the jars.
Step6
Cover pan and leave it to sit until it cools. Do NOT disturb jars during this process! Don't allow them to be shaken, etc. (no bouncy kids playing in your kitchen. ;) )
This step should take about 3-4 hours but if conditions warrant it, it could be upwards of like 6 hours.
Tips & Warnings
To flavor your yogurt, you may add some jello with the flavor of your choice to the milk at the same time you add in the yogurt. You can also add the jello just before serving if you prefer.

I have been trying to master the art of yogurt making. No luck yet. I've been trying to do it from yogurt starter though. I'll try the yogurt itself as starter and see how that goes. Thanks!
