Hi Cvyldy, I am not sure about the virus. I myself never have experienced it. But I google it with 'avg trojan backdoor' and I found some useful suggestions and solutions. You can check it out for yourself. Thanks. -

i have avg downloaded and sure enough I have a Trojan backdoor virus..I guess its quarantined? Not sure about this freeware? -

I used AVG before and it was good until version 7.5. Lately, I updated to AVG 8 but made my computer very slow. After many years of using the program I finally dump it and changed to AVAST Antivirus. -

Before this article i had downloaded AVG Anti-Virus before but didnt really like it. When you start your computer it runs a scan & will not close until its done. Which i didnt like. Somehow even with AVG Anti-Virus a virus still managed to get into my computer. To be honest i always wondered if it was even really working.
