How to make Frozen mocha dessert

First of all the ingredients: 2 cups evaporated milk--well cooled, 2 packets dark chocolate instant pudding, 1 teaspoon instant coffee made up with 1 teaspoon boiling water, 2 cups artificial cream(whipped), 3 teaspoons sweet sherry, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 2cups Tennis biscuits roughly broken into pieces.METHOD : Add the instant pudding and prepared coffee to the milk and beat to a smooth texture. Stir in the prepared cream, sherry and salt, followed by the Tennis biscuits. Line a small pan of 23cm by 12.5 cm by 2.5cm with aluminium foil,shiny side to the inside.Pour mixture into pan and freeze until firm,preferably overnight. Unmould. Pipe the cream around the edges and on the top and sprinkle chopped nuts over the cream. This dessert must not be frozen for more than 24 hours.
