Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

    Eat peanut butter, nuts and whole grains.

  2. Step 2

    Sprinkle wheat germ on your cereal and mix it into shakes.

  3. Step 3

    Add vegetable oils, particularly those made from wheat germ, barley, corn and soy beans, to foods.
