How to Make Ranch Coleslaw

Ranch Coleslaw is one of my families favorites receipes.

Things You'll Need

• 3 cups coleslaw mix
• 1/4 Cup mexicorn, drained subsitute regular corn if you can't find mexicorn
• 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
• 2 tabelspoons chopped red onion
• 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the first six ingrediants.

2. In another small bowl, combine the salad dressing, lime juice, and cumin. Pour over the colesale in the bigger bowl and toss to coat.

3. Refridgerate until serving.

Tips & Warnings

• when you cut the peppers be careful, wear cooking gloves if possiable and keep your hands away from your face.
