Step1
Some of the ancient people have said: COMPOSURE, MOBILITY, VICTORY! These are three major factors of achieving the victory of your life. Love, laugh, be happy, strengthen your soul.
Step2
Keep only cheerful friends. The grouches pull you down. Avoid negativity. Be more spiritual, even though it's very hard, try to be more heavenly than earthly.
Step3
Keep learning: Learn more about computers, crafts, gardening, whatever. Never let the brain get idle. "An idle mind is the devil's workshop."
Step4
Exercise a lot. Frequent and regular physical exercise is an important component in the prevention of many diseases. Physical exercise is considered important for maintaining physical fitness including healthy weight; building and maintaining healthy bones, muscles, and joints; promoting physiological well-being; reducing surgical risks; and strengthening the immune system.
Step5
Do not eat fried food. By eating it you create the so called "make your blood angry" process in your body.
Step6
Personal health depends partially on the social structure of one’s life. The maintenance of strong social relationships is linked to good health conditions, longevity, productivity, and a positive attitude. This is due to the fact that positive social interaction as viewed by the participant increases many chemical levels in the brain which are linked to personality and intelligence traits.
Step7
Reduce to the minimum or avoid at all situations that may negatively impact your health, like the psychological stress. Feeling capable and competent; being able to handle normal levels of stress, maintain satisfying relationships, and lead an independent life; and being able to "bounce back," or recover from difficult situations, are all signs of mental health. By maintaining it, you promote your psychological well-being.
Step8
Enjoy the simple things, laugh often, long and loud. Laugh until you gasp for breath. And if you have a friend who makes you laugh, spend lots and lots of time with that person
Step9
The tears happen. Endure, grieve, and move on. The only person who is with you your entire life is you. Lost time can never be found. LIVE while you are alive.
Step10
Surround yourself with what you love, whether it's family, pets, keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, whatever. Your home is your refuge.
Step11
Cherish your health: If it is good, preserve it. If it is unstable, improve it. If it is beyond what you can improve, get help.
Step12
Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.
