Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
- Grill
- Charcoal
- Lawrys Lemon Pepper
- Mahi Filets
- Mayonaise
Step1
Light charcoal grill and wait until coals are white
Step2
Coat Mahi filets with a light coat of real mayonnaise
Step3
Generously sprinkle Mahi filets with Lemon Pepper. I use Lawrys but any brand may be sufficient.
Step4
Place FRESH Mahi Filets on Charcoal Grill and cover with room for smoke to vent. Let stay on one side for about 5 minutes.
Step5
Flip Mahi ONLY ONE TIME and let the other side cook for an additional 5 minutes. The more you flip the fish the more likely it is to break.
Step6
Serve Mahi with either Lemon or tartar sauce. I like it straight up with some lemon. It is a delicious fish.
