- A longing for long healthy nails
- vitamins
- vinegar or something that you don't like to taste

Step 1
First you'll need some multi vitamins, similar to prenatal vitamins, to keep your nails healthy and growing.

If you hate the taste of vinegar, or horseradish or mayonnaise, dip your fingers in them and let it soak in. If you like everything you soak your fingers in, dip 'em in nail polish remover!

Step 3
Think of the way you can't even put nail polish on because your nails are so small. Stop biting them. Get a manicure. Keep growing!
