Step1
Overweight people have more diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease and mental problems. Maintain a normal weight for yourself and exercise to stay young and feel young.
Step2
"Oxidative stress" is associated with many diseases, such as Alzheimer's, heart disease and cancer, and has been suggested to be the culprit underlying aging. Counteract this by consuming lots of antioxidants--mainly fruits and vegetables!
Step3
Consume Omega -3 oil in fish such as salmon reduces inflamation. Red meat promotes inflammation. If you have a choice, choose fish!
