Print these instructions, or write them down.

Restart your computer

Log on in an account with Administrative permission.

Click on start.

In the bottom right column click on "run".

In the open box, type the word regedit

click ok

In the left pane click the following registry subkey: HKEY_CURRENT_USER

Scroll down and select Software.

Scroll down and select Microsoft

Select Current Version

Select System

In the right pane, double click Disable Task Manager

In the value data box, type the number 0 and then click ok. (the number 1 will be where you are going to change it to a 0)

On the file menu Click exit. (click the red x in top right corner)
