Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• Hairstylist
• hair to have cut more than 10"

1. Go to a salon that does this service at no charge, yes a free haircut if you donate the hair to locks of love. Call to ask the salon if they offer this service.

2. Check out the website for the guidelines http://www.locksoflove.org/

3. Be prepared to have 10” or more hair cut off for your donation.

4. Discuss with the hairstylist what your end hairstyle will be.

5. Place the hair donation into a plastic bag prior to mailing. Then mail with either the form provided on the locks of love website or on a index card include your name and address.

Tips & Warnings

• If hair is highlighted or bleached it can not be donated
• If hair is cooler treated it CAN BE DONATED- as long as it is not damaged
