Have you tried tooth whitening? Did you know there's a way to whiten your teeth for less than $1? Read on to learn more!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

In order to get your teeth to start looking their whitest, you need to brush the suggested 2-3 times per day. Flossing daily is recommended as well.

  2. Step 2

Wet your toothbrush, then dip your toothbrush into some baking soda. You can find baking soda for well under 1 dollar. Just cover the tips, not the entire toothbrush head because you'll be sorry you did.

  3. Step 3

Brush your teeth like you normally would, although you can skip your tongue and the insides of your mouth because it doesn't taste that great. The abrasiveness of the baking soda will help to scrub away any buildup on your teeth. It's important to not brush with baking soda too often because you could wear away the tooth enamel.

  4. Step 4

I would recommend brushing with your regular toothpaste after you have brushed with baking soda to get the incredibly salty taste out of your mouth. A toothpaste with whitening power would give you even better results.

  5. Step 5

Give yourself a few weeks and you will start to notice whiter teeth!

Tips & Warnings
  • If you want a daily does of whitening, you should buy a tooth / teeth whitening kit.
  • Do not brush with baking soda daily.
