Make a Low Fat Pineapple Fruit Dip (Weight Watchers Core)

If you are looking for a low fat and delicious way to dress up your fruit try this recipe for a pineapple fruit dip! This fits with Weight Watchers Core Plan!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Pineapples in their own sauce (Chunks)
  • Fat Free/Sugar Free Vanilla Jell-o Mix (the powder)
  • (2) containers of Fat Free Plain Yogurt
  1. Step 1

Gather your materials from your fridge. Make sure the yogurt is chilled. Make sure you have the pineapple chunks, Jell-O mix, and the Fat Free Yogurt. Get a Tupperware to place the dip in.

  2. Step 2

Pour the yogurt into the tupperware (both containers of the yogurt). Open the Jell-O mix and place into the yogurt. Mix the two together. Finally, take the pineapples and pour them into the mix you already have.

  3. Step 3

    Mix all together and chill.
    Enjoy!!!
