This is perfect for spring and summer potlucks, get togethers and backyard BBQ's! It's so sweet and wonderful there are rarely leftovers and I'm always asked for the recipe! Could also be used as a light dessert.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 8 oz container Cool Whip
  • 3 oz pistachio flavored instant pudding
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 small can pineapple tidbits or crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  1. Step 1

    In a large bowl, combine pistachio instant jello pudding and cool whip with a large mixing spoon. Mix thoroughly till jello is dissolved.

  2. Step 2

    Add in drained pineapple and sliced almonds. Mix together.

  3. Step 3

    Add in mini marshmallows. Mix together.

  4. Step 4

    Transfer into serving dish of choice. Let set in the refrigerator lightly covered with saran wrap or foil for 3-4 hours. Serve and enjoy!

Tips & Warnings
  • Serves 4-6. Recipe can be easily doubled or tripled depending on amount or people you are serving.
