Things You'll Need:
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- Favorite box of rice
- 8 oz.can tomato sauce
- Garlic salt
- Velveeta Cheese

Step 1
Straining ground beefPreheat oven to 375 Degrees. Make the rice as directed on box. Brown ground beef while rice is cooking. Add some garlic salt to ground beef while browning. Drain ground beef in colander. Finish rice and fluff with fork.

Step 2
Stuffing mixtureCut out top of pepper and remove all the seeds; rinse and set in baking dish. Use about half of the rice and add to beef. Pour in about 4 oz.of tomato sauce. Season again with garlic salt. Mix all ingredients together.

VelveetaTake slices of Velveeta Cheese and place in bottom of peppers, spoon in rice / beef mixture. Pour remaining sauce over peppers; top with an additional slice of cheese.

Stuffed pepperPlace baking pan in preheated oven and bake for about 35 to 45 minutes; depending on how soft you like the pepper to be. Remove from oven and serve. Makes about 4 to 5 peppers. Enjoy.
