How to make wood rings

How to make a wood ring from recycled wood.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• Wood
• drill
• saw
• sandpaper
• wood oil
• wax

   Any type of wood can be used but I prefer a tight grain wood, they make the best wooden rings.
   Cut the wood in a cylinder shape with a diameter of about 1 1/2".
   Drill a hole in the middle of the wood (cylinder), to the size of the finger that the ring must fit on.

   Once drilled cut the cylinder in slices of about 1/2".
   Sand the rough wood slices to the shape ring that you want.
   Use a good wood oil and wax to finish the wood ring off with.
