Pineapple gives a nice distinct flavor. This would best be served as a dessert, anytime of the year. It's very inexpensive to make.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 20 oz. crushed pineapple (with juice)
  • 20 oz pineapple tidbits (drained)
  • 2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 6 TBS flour
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 c. melted butter

Step1
MIX - Crushed Pineapple, drained pineapple tidbits, 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, 3/4 c. sugar, 6 TBS Flour

in a large baking dish.
Step2
TOP - Crumbled Ritz Crackers, drizzle with 1/2 c. melted butter.
Step3
BAKE - 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Best served warm, or reheated in microwave. Cool is okay, but the cheese melting gives it a wonderful texture.
