Make Turkey Stuffed Shells

Leftover turkey is the star ingredient in Turkey Stuffed Shells. They are easy to prepare and make a great family meal.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    INGREDIENTS:

    1 box jumbo shells, prepared as directed on package
    4 cups diced turkey (or chicken)
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 10-ounce box frozen peas, thawed and drained
    1 box chicken flavored Stove Top stuffing, prepared as directed on box
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup water
    paprika
    parsley

  2. Step 2

    Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.

  3. Step 3

    In a large bowl combine turkey, onion, celery, mayonnaise, peas, and stuffing. Stuff cooked shells and place in prepared baking dish.

  4. Step 4

    In a small bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup and water. Pour over shells. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
