Things You'll Need:
- a quiet place to meditate
- a positive attitude
- a small desk fountain
- a cd or dvd of a motivational speaker
- vitamins
- excersise
- someone to talk to such as: a friend or psycologist
-
Step 1
Keep yourself positively charged. Dismiss all negative thoughts, people and avoid negative surroundings. Let some sun into your life, open the blinds and windows of your home and clear the air. Stale air and stale surroundings generate negative atmosphere.
-
Step 2
Create a space for meditating or prayer. The power of both can change your outlook. Meditation is good for the mind, prayer is good for the soul. Everyone needs a place to relinquish ones thoughts
-
Step 3
Make sure you get the proper amount of sleep and exercise. Your body releases endorphins which in turn affect how you perceive yourself
-
Step 4
Empower yourself to believe in yourself. Only you can go full circle and when you do your self esteem will follow you and you just might like what you see.
