How to make a Portobello Mushroom Sandwich

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 4 Portobello mushrooms, sliced into ½ inch slices
  • 1 Vidalia onion, cut into ¼ inch slices
  • Marinate for a half hour to overnight in:
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • juice of one lime
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1" piece of ginger root, grated fine

Step1
Grill vegetables until done.
Step2
Layer vegetables on a crusty roll, and sprinkle with fat-free parmesan cheese.
Step3
Cut sandwiches in half and serve with pickles or chips.
