Things You'll Need:
- Blog
- eHow Account
- Internet
- Paypal Account
-
Step 1
Join eHow ~ Create a free account on eHow and then join the Writers' Compensation Program (both are free). You can do this by clicking on the darker blue "Write" tab at the top of any eHow page. You will be taken to the Writing section. Scroll to the bottom and click the "Register with eHow" option. Follow the instructions.
-
Step 2
Related Articles ~ Write articles (instructions) that relate to topics on your blog.
-
Step 3
Submit Articles ~ When submitting articles, you are given the option to include resources. Provide a link to the related blog article in your resources. When you have completed the submission forms, the last page of the form will allow you to publish your article. Publish it.
-
Step 4
Market ~ You must do minimal marketing to drive traffic to your eHow article. Once you have established traffic, your article will usually continue to receive more viewers. Market your article by joining the Rating Party in the Community Chatter section of the eHow forums. Make friends on eHow. They will visit your articles. Distribute links to your article to Digg, Stumbleupon, and search engines. Look for related questions on yahoo answers and provide links to your articles in answers.

on 1/21/2009 This is pretty decent advice. I think the tip at the end about making sure the link is relevant is important. Even if you are doing something somewhat similar to what you write, if it isn't exactly on to your article you can do yourself more harm than good. Thanks for the article=)

on 7/9/2008 I too have a blog, but never thought of linking from my eHow articles to the blog or vice versa. Thanks so much for suggesting this and writing the article to tell us how to do it! 5 stars!
