Step 1
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups ricotta cheese
1 egg
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
Spaghetti sauce -
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, flour and salt. Mix well.

On a floured surface, roll a piece of dough into a long rope, about 3/4" in diameter. Cut into 1" pieces and indent ends with fingers.

Drop pasta into boiling salted water. Cook until gnocchi comes to the top. Drain well. Top with spaghetti sauce and serve.
