Things You'll Need:
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- celery
- green onion
- bacon
- oregano
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- mayo
- hearty white bread
- black pepper

Step 1
Cut chicken breast into small pieces and cook thoroughly. Set aside and let cool.

Cook six pieces of bacon to taste (done or well done). Set aside and let cool.

Finely chop about 5 stalks of celery and about 12 green onions. Mix together in a medium bowl or tupperware container.

Add about one cup of mayo to celery and green onion. Mix well.

Add one teaspoon of oregano, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper to mayo mix. Mix well.

Step 6
Chop cooled chicken breast into very small pieces. Add to mayo mix. Mix well.

Step 7
Cut up bacon into small pieces and add to chicken and mayo mix. Mix well and chill for about 20 minutes.
