    • 1

Bet the even or odd bars for the best odds in roulette. These have a 47 percent win percentage but only pay one to one. This is also true for the red and black bars. They have the same percentage and are basically a coin flip. The reason it's not 50/50 is because of the zero and double zero on the roulette wheel. These numbers are green and neither odd or even so they fail to qualify for either bet.

    • 2

Place a bet on 1 to 18 or 19 to 36 for the same odds as the even/odd and black/red. This is much less popular than the previous two bets but does in fact have the same odds and same one to one pay out. Again the zero and double zero do not qualify for either.

    • 3

Get two to one pay outs if you favor a particular quadrant of numbers (1 to 12, 13 to 24, 25 to 36). The odds of winning this bet is just under 32 percent and can be a fun bet if you're favoring a particular group of numbers that are close to one another on the board.

    • 4

Split a four block for eight to one odds if you like a couple numbers or are trying to surround a certain number and increase that payout. If the roulette ball lands on any of your four numbers you will win eight times your bet. The odds of this are 10.5 percent but when certain numbers continue to come up it's worth placing a bet on to at the very least even your bet and secure your funds.

    • 5

Risk the most and win the most with split bets and straight on bets. A split bet has odds a little over 5 percent and a straight on has odds of 2.6 percent. However the payouts are worth the gamble. A split bet plays seventeen to one while a straight on bet pays 35 to one. Pick a couple numbers that you really like and always play them straight up. Hopefully you'll get lucky and they'll hit a few times. When they do, watch the money come rolling in. Good luck and have fun.

Tips & Warnings

  • Adapt a playing style and stick to it unless you can keep up with the patterns and learn from them.

  • Don't play too many numbers because you won't win any money even if you hit.
