Fill in the details. Once you have a new calendar open, you can easily begin adding appointments to it. All you have to do is right-click on any day showing on the calendar and select “New Appointment.” You have the ability to add the following for your appointment: Title, Location, Category (optional), plus the start and end times. You can also select “All-day event,” if your appointment is the entire day. Another nice feature is the “Make this appointment repeat” option that will allow you to remember this appointment on a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly basis and other information pertaining to it. This is a great way to not have to repeat information for reoccurring events. When you have finished these details, you can also add a reminder and notes for your particular appointment and then click on the “OK” button.

Finish filling in your Works calendar. You simply have to repeat Step 4 until all of the needed appointments have been added. You can move to various months or days by selecting the “Next Month” or “Previous Month” links located on the top right and left of your calendar.
