    Things You'll Need

    • Quarters
      • 1

Find a luggage carrier rental station. Most luggage carrier rental stations are located near baggage claim, although there may be some located throughout the airport. If you don't immediately see one, ask an attendant where one is located.

Insert quarters in the machine. The price for luggage carrier rental varies depending on where you are in the world, but a couple dollars is standard. If you are in the United States, then you will need to add quarters into the machine so it will rent you a luggage carrier. If you are in other places in the world, you may need local currency to rent the luggage carrier.

Carry your luggage, then return the carrier. Once you rent the luggage carrier, you can use it for as long as you want because there is no time limit. However, when you are finished with the luggage carrier, you will need to return it to the vending machine so the next person who needs a luggage carrier will have one.

    Tips & Warnings

    • Look out for luggage carriers just sitting around, because people don't always return them to the carrel!
