Making personalized football party invitations is not only a creative way to get the perfect invitations, it is also cheaper than buying manufactured cards. These are perfect for your Super Bowl party.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Computer with printer
  • Greeting card software
  • Heavy card stock
  • Envelopes
  • Confetti (football or a themed type)
  1. Step 1

Install the greeting card software by following the directions on the screen. You will need to do a full install of the software if you are a new user and want to use the software to its fullest capabilities.

  2. Step 2

Choose your theme for your personalized football party invitations. Creating invitations specifically for the teams that are playing is always a great idea. However, some people think that a field goal card is better. Greeting card software titles currently have a huge number of clip art images that you can use to create the perfect football party invitations. However, you can download various clip art from different websites if you want to find something truly unique.

  3. Step 3

Design your personalized football invitations, adding an image to the front of the card. Add the party details such as date, time and place. Be sure to include a phone number or email address so guests can respond to the invite. Once all of the wording is on the football party invitation, you can change the style of lettering (font) as well as the color of the letters to better fit in with the theme.

  4. Step 4

Print a copy of the football party invitation on regular paper to make sure it is suitable before you make too many copies. If something does not appear correctly, change it, and print off another test copy. Once everything appears fine in your test copy of the personalized football invitations, print as many copies of the cards that you need.

  5. Step 5

Fold your printed football party invitations and slide them into the envelopes. Add pieces of themed confetti into the envelope before sealing it. You can hand these out or address them, add a stamp and mail them to the guests.
