Have a pimple that hurts? This is guaranteed to get the soreness out and start the healing process.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2-3 Tbsp Epson Salts
  • 1 cup fairly hot water
  • clean cotton cloth
  • optional-oil free moisturizer
  1. Step 1

Mix the salts with the hot water. Fold and dip the cotton cloth/rag in the salt water. Press and hold to the affected area. Keep holding it on the area for a few minutes at a time, over a period of 15 to 20 minutes.

  2. Step 2

After soaking each area, rinse face with cool water and pat dry.

  3. Step 3

If you have a non-oily moisturizer, you can put some around the affected areas being careful not to get it on the pimples.

Tips & Warnings
  • You can use ordinary table salt, but it may dry you skin out a bit more so use a little less than stated.
  • Do not make the mixture too strong as your skin may become too dry and flaky.
