Colds are a distraction. They are simply no fun to deal with. What can you do to quickly treat and break free of a cold?

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

It all starts with sleep. Sleeping helps your immune system fight off infections. Sleeping has been shown to effectively shorten the length of a cold.

  2. Step 2

Drink plenty of fluids including orange juice. Orange juice is rich with vitamin C, which boosts your immune system.
