Eating low calorie lunches are a great way to not cheat on your diet but enjoy all the business meetings have to offer.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Avoid greasy appetizers and order water instead of tonic.

  2. Step 2

    Try choosing a salad with olive oil and vinegar and ask them to lay off fatty cheeses and croutons.

  3. Step 3

    Choose grilled items and steamed vegetables. Avoid butters, fried anything or anything greasy. Try to ask for more vegetables instead of two starches.

  4. Step 4

    Avoid the desserts whenever possible, or have one bite of a dessert. Try having coffee with low fat milk.

Tips & Warnings
  • Carry an artificial sweetener with you in case the restaurant does not have any.
  • Have a calorie counter with you.
  • Observe the menu carefully and ask for ingredients.
