How to Make Barbie Doll Curtains

Nothing dresses up a room like a pair of curtains over the windows. Here is a simple way to delight any little girl who loves Barbie and has a Barbie Doll house, with pretty curtains just for her.

Things You'll Need

• Scrap piece of clothing or material
• Pair of scissors
• Glue stick

Instructions

1. 

   Find an scrap piece of clothing (or piece of material) with a pretty print or a sold color that goes well with the Barbie Doll house the curtains are being made for.

2. 

   Cut some of the material to be used to make the curtains. Put the material up against the window to be covered. Cut excess material off. Cut triangles along the bottom to form a pattern and give the curtain a design.

3. 

   Spread glue with a glue stick along the top of the curtain and on the two end sides. Hang curtain in window by pressing with glue side facing the doll house.

Tips & Warnings

• Let the child pick out an old shirt they can’t wear anymore that they really liked and use that to make the curtains.
