Playing in the NHL is unfortunately something that most of us will never get to experience. However, that shouldn't stop you from searching for employment with the league. Any fan of hockey would love the opportunity to work for their favorite NHL team or the league in general. Finding work in the NHL is a very easy process. Here is how to find jobs with the NHL.

Log onto the official website of the NHL.

Scroll all the way down to the end of the home page. At the very bottom of the page are numerous links to other pages. Click on the link labeled “Jobs.” This will take you to the NHL's employment page.

Click on the link labeled “Click Here” found in the middle of the page. The link will be under the bold “Current Job Openings” heading. This will take you to a list of jobs both with the NHL and with teams in the league.

Select “See full job description” found underneath the job of your choice to learn more about the position. If you wish to apply for the position, click the “Apply for this position” link found at the end of the job description.

Click the “create NEW application” box to create a job profile if you have never applied for a job with the NHL before. From here, you will have to enter basic information from your resume, such as your name, address, contact information, education and work experience. If you have created a job profile before, enter your email and password in the boxes on the left of the page to continue.

Tips & Warnings
Check the job description throughly to make sure that you have enough experience for the job you are applying for. Many jobs with the NHL require up to five years of work experience in the related field.
