Fifth Day: 120 and 250 grams of chicken without skin or fish + soup.

Sixth Day: 2 or 3 pieces of beef + 6 tomatoes + vegetables + soup.

Seventh Day: Wheat or brown rice + fruit juices without sugar mix with water + vegetables + soup.
Tips & Warnings
Drink a lot of water. You may drink water, black coffe, or tea. No candy, no pasta, no rice, and no milk. Drink soup whenever you feel hungry. Do not starve yourself.
If you cannot keep up with the diet, please do not continue. This is not to continue for more than 2 weeks.
