How to Clean Rusted Cymbols

This will help you clean rust of old cymbals. It is very easy, just be careful, and read the warnings below. You can find Groove Juice at most decent sized music stores on any big online one.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Groove Juice
  • Cloths
  • Soap
  • Warm water

Step1
Find an open and airy place as Groove Juice is very strong.
Step2
Apply Groove Juice to cloth. Clean the whole Cymbal with it.
Step3
Back off a bit and let it sit for a couple minutes.
Step4
Wipe off Cymbal with clean cloth.
Step5
Repeat if the cymbal is still rusty.
Step6
Wash Cymbal again with soap and warm water.

Tips & Warnings

  • Be relatively fast
  • Groove Juice is VERY strong.
  • Be fast.
  • Groove Juice is corrosive and will burn off anything not brass.
  • Be in an open airy place
