How to Make a Slumber Time Pillow for your Child

On those nights when you child is fussy, not feeling well or just doesn't want to go to sleep, the aroma of these relaxing herbs will lull them right to sleep and keep them resting peacefully all night long.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 6" x 12" flannel material
  • Assorted relaxing dried herbs - i.e. lavender, lemon balm, rose petals, bay leaf, chamomile, eucalyptus
  • Essential oils - relaxing (optional)
  • Sewing machine or needle and thread
  1. Step 1

    Place the material, right sides together. Stitch around two sides and half way around the third.

  2. Step 2

    Mix your selection of dried herbs together & add a few drops of essential oil (if you choose).

  3. Step 3

    Stuff the square full of your herbal mixture and stitch closed. Put the pillow in the crib or inside the pillowcase. The wonderful fragrance will lull your child into a peaceful sleep.
