Instead of buying a commercial inhaler for that stuffy nose or mood lifter - now you can make your own in less than 10 minutes. Easy and effective!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1/2 oz Amber glass bottle w/lid
  • Course Kosher salt
  • Essential oils of your choice
  1. Step 1

    Fill the glass bottle with course salt.

  2. Step 2

    Add 5-15 drops of your favorite essential oil(s) - alone or in combination.

  3. Step 3

    Cap tightly, shake well - uncap & enjoy! Your aromatherapy inhaler will last several months if you keep the cap on tight when you are not using it.

Tips & Warnings
  • The following essential oils will have the following effects:
  • Lavender - relaxing
  • Eucalyptus - easy breathing
  • Citrus - awakening
  • Frankincense - Focus
  • Peppermint - Ease nausea (great for morning sickness)
  • Thyme - Respiratory system
  • These are great for kids too!
