    Consume a diet rich with vitamin E. Studies have shown that vitamin E has been linked to less cognitive decline over a few year period. Fish is rich with vitamin E.

    B vitamins like B-12 and folic acid can help you to prevent Alzheimer's as well. Centrum is full of helpful B vitamins. In fact, any supplement pill with these vitamins is helpful.

  3. Step 3

    Eat soy products instead of dairy products. Soy is rich with vitamin B's. Soy products are a great source of essential nutrients for brain function.
