Step 1
Chop the following:
2 Avacados
1 Red Onion (or sweet onion)
1/2 Green pepper
1/2 Red or yellow pepper
1 small jalapeno pepper
4 small tomatoes -
Step 2
Add
1 Can whole kernal corn (drained)
1 Can black beans (rinsed and drained) -
Step 3
Add cilantro to taste
Mix into the above, 1/2 cup italian dressing or roasted red pepper parmesean dressing (Kraft)
Serve with tortilla chips (Scoops work great)
