This is a fast, yummy, filling snack or lunch or side dish. Enjoy. Be sure share with your friend's and family!!

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 1 8-16 oz. container of philly cream cheese.(depending on how much you want to make)
  • 2-4 can's diced olives.
  • 2-4 can's diced ortega chili's(not hot).
  • 1 12-16 oz. pkg.of thin sliced turkey, chicken or ham lunch meat.
  • Flour tortilla's (8-16)
Step1
Soften your cream cheese, set aside. Open can's of ortegas and olives, set aside. Chop up all the lunch meat finely, set aside.
Step2
Take a tortilla and spread the cream cheese to cover it with a thin layer. sprinkle a good layer of the lunch meat over the cream cheese.
Sprinkle olives over the cream cheese.
Then sprinkle with the diced ortegas.
Step3
Make a fairly tight roll as you roll the tortilla up trying not to loose your filling combo then set aside as you repeat step 2 until the ingredients are gone.
Step4
Then you will need to get a sharp knife and cut each roll into bite size slices.
Step5
Place on a platter, serve and enjoy.

Tips & Warnings

  • Careful picking them up to place on the platter, they fall apart fairly easy.
  • Also good with avocados.
  • Be sure to refrigerate when done.
  • The whipped cream cheese is easier to spread, however adds a slightly different flavor.
  • carefull cutting into slices, as the thinner you slice the roll~ the closer the knife is to your finger's.
  • I would recommend that you only have out of fridge up to 2 hour's, as the wrap's do contain dairy product and meat.
