How to Clean Rusted Cymbols

This article will explain how to remove rust from cymbals and other brass instruments.

Things You'll Need:

• soft cloths
• Brasso

1. All metals are made up of different chemicals and it is important to use the right cleaner on them or you may ruin the metal.

2. 

   Cymbals are made of brass and in our instrument repair shop we use a product called Brasso to remove rust and to clean in general

3. 

   Brasso should be available at your local music shop. Follow the directions on the label carefully and soon your cymbals will be bright and shiny again.
