How to make ' Satay Chiken' w/ Peanut Sauce

Satay chicken is a delightful Thai style grilled chicken. It is a flavorful tenderizing cooking technique that allows the quick cooked meat to retain its full flavor with the combined smokiness of the grill, enriching the overall taste of spices, marinade and meat. Asian flavors emanate from this style of grilling and that’s why you’ll love its sweet essence.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 2 lbs. Chicken Breast
  • 1 cup of Coconut Milk
  • ¼ cup o f Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tbs of Cumin
  • 1 tbs of Sugar
  • Salt
  • Egg
  • Bamboo Sticks.
Step1
Slice chicken in long strips to fit on bamboo sticks
Step2
Marinate w/ coconut milk, egg, cumin, salt, sugar for one hour
Step3
Stick Bamboo stick into the chicken piece by piece
Step4
Grill the chicken and serve with Peanut Sauce, and Cucumber Sauce

Tips & Warnings

  • To make the chicken more tasty while grilling, you can dip it in the Coconut milk Mixed w/ Cummin and salt.
