- 2 (12-oz.) packages organic firm tofu
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- Fork
- Dash of sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 (14.5-oz.) can organic black beans

- 2 small organic tomatoes, diced
- 6 tbsp. fresh, organic salsa
- Organic soy cheese, shredded

Heat the canned black beans in a saucepan and keep them warm while you finish the burritos.
-
Step 4
Spoon the tofu mixture into each organic whole grain tortilla.
-
Step 5
Add the beans, tomato, fresh salsa, organic soy cheese and a dollop of organic low-fat sour cream. Roll up the tortillas.
-
Step 6
Cut your breakfast burritos in half and serve them on plates, or wrap them in aluminum foil for breakfast on the go.
