How to Make a Kiwi Salt Scrub

Things You'll Need
- Mixing bowl
- Fork
- 1 ripe kiwi
- 1/2 cup sea salt, finely ground
- 2 tbsp. fresh peppermint or spearmint, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. sweet almond or sunflower oil
- 1/8 tsp. grapefruit seed extract

Peel and slice the kiwi. Put it in a bowl and mash it with a fork.

Add the sea salt and finely chopped mint. Mash both into the kiwi until the ingredients are well blended.

Pour in the sweet almond or sunflower oil slowly as you continue to mix, adding only enough to create the desired consistency. Stir in the grapefruit seed extract.

Tips & Warnings
Apply the kiwi salt scrub to your face using the pads of your fingertips, rubbing it on in a gentle, circular motion. Rinse with warm water and pat your skin dry with a soft towel.
This kiwi salt scrub has a very subtle aroma. If you prefer a stronger aroma, add a few drops of kiwi fragrance oil.
Use your kiwi face scrub immediately, as it won't keep.
Don't apply kiwi salt scrub to your face if your skin is irritated or broken out. If you skin is sensitive, substitute sugar for sea salt.
