Step 1
Sharpen the edge of one side of your plastic piping with a Dremel tool, so you can load your spud gun easily.
-
Step 2
Drill a hole in the tube and insert a bolt about 3 inches from the edge of the piping. Add another one on the opposite side of the piping to make the base of your spud gun.
-
Step 3
Cement the other side of the tube to the tube end connector piece with AVS cement by applying it to both edges and pressing them together tightly. Look for a small rim of cement along the edge of your seal.
-
Step 4
Melt Shape Lock by placing it in hot water until it has the consistency of Silly Putty. Place it between the two wires on the stun gun before it cools. It should make a barrier that prevents your fingers from accessing the current on the stun gun.
-
Step 5
Add a connector to a small piece of wire with a crimping tool and connect it to one edge of the stun gun with another crimp connector. Do this to both sides of the stun gun.
-
Step 6
Connect the stun gun side-wires to the metal bolts on the side of your piping. You may need to tape the stun gun in place if the wires are too short.
-
Step 7
Insulate any exposed metal areas on the spud gun with electrical tape.
