How to Use Browser Extension for Google Notebook

With "Google Notebook," you can browse, clip and organize any type of information from across the web in one location. Access will be available from anywhere with a computer, Internet access and your Google account login information.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Visit Google.com to download the browser extension file, which will allow you to use the mini Goggle Notebook.

  2. Step 2

    Add text, images and links from any web page to your Google Notebook without having to close your browser window.

  3. Step 3

    Organize your notes by creating multiple notebooks for different topics such as pets, friends or work or you can divide one notebook into different sections. Drag and drop your notes and items into different areas keeping items organized.

  4. Step 4

    Share your Google Notebook with family and friends by using the publishing feature. When you publish your notebook, it is assigned a unique web address that you can share with family and friends.

  5. Step 5

    Collaborate by inviting friends and family to share a notebook with you. You can give them full access to edit and add notes to a notebook of your choice.

  6. Step 6

    Get access to Google Notebook from your mobile phone by going to google.com. Create new notes by clicking the "New note" option and start typing your notes adding them to your notebook, or click the "Add comment" link within the note allowing you to add a comment to the clippings you have collected.

  7. Step 7

    Search your notebook by using the search box feature at the top of the page to find any information easily.
